Construction at The Vaux on NW 24th is moving at an amazing pace. Not long ago, vacant buildings stood there, now a large hole has been dug that will presumably be below-street parking.

I talked to one of the workers and commented on the speed thus far. He said to wait until they have 100 workers on site. Scheduled completion is late-summer ’06. The sales office has not opened yet.
