The sun came out on Saturday morning so I headed out on my bike to take a look at the various projects in and around downtown. First stop on the 12 mile loop was The Vaux. The ride then stopped at The Riverscape Townhomes, The Pinnacle, The Elizabeth, 1620 NE Broadway, The Strand, The Merriwether Towers, The Benson Tower and finally, The Eliot Tower. Some sites were abuzz with activity. Others were quiet.

The Vaux is located in Northwest.

If you made it through the whole tour, you deserve a picture of the hard working real estate blog dog, Tasman.
