Real Estate Teams

If you are reading this on Thursday, May 6th, I am somewhere off the coast of Washington racing from Astoria to Victoria, BC aboard Riva, the J-46 sailboat that I crew on doing the Oregon Offshore race.
If I was a sole practitioner I would need to use another Realtor that I was comfortable with but not necessarily their first priority. Being a part of a team, I know that if a client that I am working primarily needs something while I am gone, it’s covered.
I’m not saying that doesn’t work great with some agents but when Jenny and I were just the two of us we did have an experience where the agent that was covering for us got a call from thier client so dumped ours even though they had things scheduled.

We returned to Portland on Saturday night victorious from Victoria. Riva was first-to-finish, first in division and first overall. Thanks to Jenny and the rest of the team for holding down the fort while I was gone.
