Reservations for the Strand begin on March 28th. The prices and floorplans for the units are now available. There will be three towers. The East Tower will be completed in the summer of next year. I am very interested in more information regarding The Strand at Riverside.

I received an email today from the folks at the Strand. The second round of pricing and released units will be announced tommorow and reservations will begin on Wednesday.
We are not the listing office for the property. We are buyer’s agents and work on your behalf. The listing agent works on the developer’s behalf. Our commission is paid as part of the current asking sales price and is not added to your purchase costs.

$350/sqft seems right in line with downtown lofts and condos. A quick search of the Pearl District priced between $300k-$700k shows 15 active listings with an average square footage of 1193 and average cost per square foot of $338. This is a mixture of new and resale units.
There is a 898 square foot unit in the Elizabeth for $373/sqft and one in Tanner for $400/sqft. These are active listings.
