There was great response to these tools when I wrote about them a year back so here’s a second look at Prudential Northwest Properties’ Market Tracker and Property Investment Profile.

Market Tracker is a monthly email that generates its report based on zip codes. Up to ten zip codes can be tracked. All you need to do is email me or click here and make the request in the comments and I will set them up. This is more of a market snapshot.

Property Investment Profile is more specific. If it is an RMLS search criteria, I can set up a PIP for it. Typically we set it up as a range around your specific property address. I’ve used the legal address for a condo building so that it only tracks activity in that specific building. This report details all the listings that match the criteria in the search.
