Today is the PortlandRealEstateBlog’s 5th birthday. Back then it was just Jenny and I. Now there are the six of us. The Case Shiller Index was 133 (October ’04) and is now 150 (October ’09) having peaked at 186 in August ’07.
This is the 721st post. I’ll write more next week looking back at some of those and looking forward to 2010. Needless to say, thank you to all of you that have supported us over the years and we look forward to being Realtors and your Portland real estate agents in 2010 and beyond.
