PortlandMaps now shows a third permit for the 2010 Street of Dreams on Creasp Lane. The show is in August: “The 2010 homes will be more moderate in size and price, but still emphasize luxury living and innovative building and design. They are expected to range in price from $750,000 to $900,000 and in size from 3,000 to 4,100 square feet. [Home Builders Association of Portland]”
