Listing videos are becoming an increasing popular way for buyers to look at homes online. We’ve been doing virtual tour and floor plans for years so this is just one more way to make sure our listings are getting seen as many ways as possible. I shot this one myself using our Flip. I’m glad I was wearing a tie as I capture myself in both the entry glass and one of the bathroom mirrors. The listing is 4774 Bradford Loop in Salem.  I’ll be the first say that there is room for improvement.  Would you rather have narration than music?
