The 2011 Street of Dreams is just a week away but if you buy your tickets online through July 31st you can take advantage of a $2.00 of discount code “DREAMS” on the Ticket Oregon website.  Regular price tickets are $12 and children under 10 are free.  When I put a single ticket in the cart there is 42 cent handling charge added.
